The cottage schools

Above is Architect L.W. Crehore's sketch of the ground plan for the proposed primary school building program which includes a group of three cottage type buildings to be erected on what is known as the Old High property, recently conveyed to Consolidated B district by the county board of education. Bids will be sought soon on Unit No. 1, which will be built during the coming summer. When the second building is completed, the present Old High building will be torn down. The three buildings will house the children of the first, second and third grades. Later. according to plans, West End will be remodeled for the fourth grade. Space south of buildings shown here will be lawn and playground
