Description

The first Harmon School house was a wooden structure built in 1906 located at the SE corner of Hwy 50 and Downs Lane. The cement building that still stands at 1017 N. Harmon Rd was built in 1915 and used as a school until 1956. It is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
